- PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL AGENDA 1. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion, and Consideration: Consideration of proposed amendments to Grantsville Land Use Ordinance Section 4.5, Lot Standards and Street Frontage. 2. Presentation, Public Hearing, Discussion, and Consideration: Consideration of an appeal by Teresa Outzs of the Zoning Administrator's denial of a Kennel Permit (six (6) dogs) and a Conditional Use Permit (twelve (12) chickens, hens only) at 176 E Elisabeth Court, located in the R-1-21 zoning district, due to failure to meet open space requirements. 3. Presentation and Discussion: Discussion of a proposed concept for the Le Property in the Mixed Use (M-U) zoning designation, located at 454 East Main Street. 4. Presentation and Discussion: Discussion of a proposed General Plan Amendment for parcels 01-059-0-0041, 01-059-0-0001, 01-059-0-0028, and 01-059-0-0027, amending the land use designation from Rural Residential 1 and High Single-Family Residential to High Single-Family Residential for the Orion Subdivision, located approximately at 800 East Main Street. 5. Presentation and Discussion: Discussion of a proposed Rezone for parcels 01-059-0-0041, 01-059-0-0001, 01-059-0-0028, and 01-059-0-0027, from RR-1, RM-7, to RM-15 for the Orion Subdivision, located approximately at 800 East Main Street. 6. Approval of minutes from the April 7, 2026 Planning Commission Regular Meeting. 7. Report from City Staff. 8. Open Forum for Planning Commissioners. 9. Report from City Council. 10.
