Box 175, Annabella, UT 84711 Phone (435) 896-6571 ANNABELLA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, March 23rd, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Kent Poulson conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Planning Commission Meeting A. Roll call B. Approval of minutes II. Appointments A. Kris Hunt and Kasey Hunt, Parcel 2-N8-14 discussion and options III. Business A. Consideration and discussion of proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance B. Review and discussion of the WUI code (Wildland-Urban Interface) C. Review of current conditional use permits D. Review building permit applications E. Other business IV. Adjourn. I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted at the Annabella Town Office, website sweethomeannabella.com, posted on the Utah Public Notice website and sent to each member of the Annabella Planning Commission.
