BOX 138 - 161 E 300 N HINCKLEY, UTAH 84635 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE MAYOR & COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD A REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026, AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 161 E. 300 N. HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: ALAN MILLER, RON BLACK, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR, KRISTI TOWNSEND VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Review all sealed bids received from herbicide applicators for the 2026 season and consider the acceptance or rejection of any or all bids. 2. Review letters of interest for the Planning & Zoning Commission Vacancy. Mayor Miller will appoint an applicant to fill the vacancy with the advice and consent of the Council. 3. Review the Draft of the 'Updated Town Code Book' from the Hinckley Town Municipal Code Update Initiative 2025-2026. a. Subdivision 11.19.10.3 Final Application 4.
