- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Tooele City Special Service District will meet in a Business Meeting on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 224, Tooele City Hall, 90 North Main, Tooele, Utah. 1. Open Meeting and Roll Call 2. Public Comment Period 3. City Council Report Presented by Councilman Justin Brady 4. Maintenance Coordinator's Report on Past and Present Actions Presented by Board Member Katrina Call 5. Jensen Family Landscape Report 6. Vice Treasurer's Report Presented by Jed Winder a. Approval of Invoices and Reimbursements Independent CPA Presented by Travis Brady b. Status of Budget/Expenses for Fiscal Year 2026 7. Chair Report: Here's the link to the Open and Public Meetings Act (OPMA) Training 2026 (Required Annual Training) OPMA: https://training.auditor.utah.gov/courses/open-and-public-meetings-act-training-2026 Please don't forget to download the pdf of the certificate you receive once you pass the course and email your certificate to Shilo Baker. Please complete by April 23, 2026. 8. Approval of minutes from meeting held on January 22, 2026 9. Next in person meeting is scheduled for April 23, 2026 10.
