- CITY COUNCIL WORK MEETING APRIL 1, 2026 5:30 P.M. The City Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Office, 10 North Main Street. The City Council Chambers may be an anchor location for participation by electronic means. The agenda will consist of the following items: I. Call to Order II. Agenda Order Approval III. Administration Agenda - Mayor and Council Business - Staff Comments IV. Business Agenda Public 1. Public hearing to consider an ordinance vacating a public utility easement at approximately 165 South 1600 West. Platt & Platt/Randall McUne 2. Public hearing to consider approving a Conditional Use Permit for a concrete batch plant at approximately 3527 West 600 North. Suncore/Don Boudreau V. Staff 3. Consider a resolution approving the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program (MWPP). Jeff Lennert 4. Consider bids for the 4500 West Sewer Rehabilitation project. Shane Johnson 5. Board Appointments for the RAP Tax Parks & Recreation Board: Re-appoint Vicki Christian, Mark Johnson, Chad Westwood. Mayor Nelson 6. Closed meeting. Reasonably imminent litigation Dated this 30th day of March 2026.
