- NOTICE OF THE STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Stansbury Service Agency hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Stansbury Service Agency Board of Directors, which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse, 1 Country Club Dr. Ste 1, Stansbury Park, Utah. Board members may participate electronically. Stansbury Service Agency Board of Directors Meeting Date: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Location: 1 Country Club Drive, STE 1, Stansbury Park, UT 84074 Time: 7:00 PM I. Call to Order II. Roll Call III. Pledge of Allegiance IV. Sheriff Update V. Public Comments VI. General Manager Updates: A. Operations B. Projects C. Finances VII. Discussion Items: A. Discussion of the Community Partnership Project - Messaging for Parents Empowered B. Planning Committee Update C. Policy Committee Update VIII. Action Items: A. 2026.04.06 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of April 08, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes B. 2026.04.07 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of March Financial Statements, Purchases, and Journal Entries C. 2026.04.08 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of moving the Board of Directors Meeting to 6 PM Board member reports and requests. Open comment session for individual Board Members to present final thoughts on any subject covered in the meeting, updates on individual projects not covered by the GM, and requests for future board actions.
