- AGENDA Welcome PROCEDURAL Chairs Lowry Snow and Jordan Teuscher Public Comment PROCEDURAL Members of the public have an opportunity to share comments relevant to The Point, following the procedures set forth below. Minutes from March 11, 2026 Board Meeting ACTION The board will consider approving the minutes of the March 2026 board meeting. DDA Amendment #2 ACTION Lauren Reber-Parsons, Behle, & Latimer POMSLA Attorney will present DDA Amendment #2. Executive Session ACTION The board will consider going into closed executive session, pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(a) and (d), to discuss a project proposal and/or personnel issue. Adjourn ACTION
