- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. ROLL CALL: DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 2. Dan Fechner, City Engineer. 3. SCADA Support Improvements. 4. Mountainland Sensus Water Meter Review. 5. 2026-2027 Budget. 6. Review of Consent Agenda Items: A. Minutes from March 23, 2026, Council Meeting. B. Treasurer's Report for March 2026. C. Claims against the City from March 13, 2026 to April 16, 2026. 7. ADJOURNMENT. DATED THIS 10th DAY OF APRIL 2026 Patricia Bigler CITY RECORDER In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
