Minutes from January 14, 2026 Board Meeting ACTION The board will consider approving the minutes of the January 2026 board meeting. Financial Update ACTION Don Willie, Director of Operations Staff will report on the status of the organization's finances. Director's Report INFORMATIONAL Michael Ambre, Executive Director The Point's executive director will provide a progress update to the Board. Convergence Hall Revised Design Plan ACTION Michael Ambre, Executive Director Approval of lot line adjustment Executive Session ACTION The board will consider going into closed executive session, pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-205(1)(a) and (d), to discuss a project proposal and/or personnel issue. Adjourn ACTION
