- ANNABELLA BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annabella Town Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 16, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council chambers located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Chairman Bradley Powell conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) I. Board of Adjustments meeting A. Roll call II. Business Consider variance request application for Kris Hunt and Kasey Hunt regarding split of parcel 2-N8-14. Other Business III. Adjourn. I hereby certify that the foregoing notice and agenda was posted at the Annabella Town Office, website www.annabella.utah.gov, posted on the Utah Public Notice website and sent to each member of the Annabella Town Board of Adjustment Angel Nielsen Planning Commission Secretary In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Angel Nielsen, Town Treasurer, at (801)709-9428, at least 24 hours prior to this meeting.
