Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider combined board meeting for Compass Point Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-8. C. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Boards on matters that affect the Districts. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes. D. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on December 5, 2025. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov) 2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business. G. Adjourn The Districts' comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
