- - GARLAND CITY EST. 1904 NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 15th day of April 2026, at the Garland City Building.
