- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday April 6, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the March 16, 2026 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Planning & Zoning board zone change recommendation: Todd & Robin McMullin Property at 30 West 100 North parcel #04-0007-0058 from Single Family Residential to Commercial. 3. 5:15 Becky Penelton: Punkin Fest 4. 5:25 Brett Pruitt: Present Emergency Action Plan. 5. 5:35 Swimming pool business: Hire swimming pool managers and lifeguards. Pool bids: steps and doors 6. 5:45 Library Assistant applications 7. 5:55 Assistant Clerk applications 8. 6:05 Mayor Evans: Discuss water usage restrictions 9. 6:15 Pay bills 10. 6:25 Other business: Meter reading equipment Business license Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
