Emery County Community Reinvestment Agency Board: Keven Jensen-Chairman Todd Huntington Dennis Worwood Jay Mark Humphrey Jordan Leonard Jacob Sharp AGENDA Approval of January 20th 2026 Meeting Minutes: Discuss/Approve/Deny: Participation/Service agreement with UAC. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Estoppel Certificate for Green River Energy Center. Update from Brandy (UAC) on Hunter, Hornshadow and Drunkards Wash. (Solar Projects) Discuss/Approve/Deny/Presentation from Developer: -Anne Elliott- Asking for Affordable housing funds for Infrastructure help with development lots in Green River.
