- The Lindon City Council will hold a meeting at 5:15 pm on Monday, April 6, 2026 in the Lindon City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The agenda will consist of the following: REGULAR SESSION - 5:15 P.M. - Conducting: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor Invocation: Van Broderick, Councilmember Pledge of Allegiance: By invitation 1. Call to Order / Roll Call 2. Presentations and Announcements: a) Swear-in new Police Officer, Tristan King. b) Announcements/Comments from Council Members. 3. Open Session for Public Comment (For items not listed on the agenda) 4. Council Reports 5. Administrator's Report 6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of City Council meeting from March 16, 2026 and March 30, 2026. 7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by a single motion. The following consent agenda was presented for approval: a) There are no consent agenda items. 8. Review & Action: Appointment of Administrative Law Judges; Res. #2026-14-R. The Council will review and consider Resolution #2025-14-R, recommending appointment of a primary and secondary Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) who will serve as Lindon's appeal authority for certain applications. The ALJ replaces the previous functions of the Board of Adjustment which was recently dissolved. 9. Review & Action: TSSD natural gas substation; Ord. #2026-01-O. The Council will review an ordinance amending LCC 17.54 - 'Regional Commercial Zone' for provisions related to development of above-ground gas utility uses within the zone. 10. Review & Action: Flood Damage Prevention ordinance change; Ord. #2026-04-O. The Council will review an ordinance amending LCC 17.62 - 'Flood Damage Prevention' and adopting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Study and Flood Insurance RateMaps that become effective June 23, 2026.
