- Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 30, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to the following: Consideration of a recommendation to the City Council for approval of the Master Development Agreement and Site Plan to allow four attached townhome units, with the existing residence to remain, at 445 West 5100 South. .Individuals requiring special accommodation (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) should notify Amy Rodriguez at 801-393-8681at least three (3) days prior to the hearing.
