- SPRINGDALE APPEAL AUTHORITY NOTICE AND AGENDA THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING OFFICER HAS ISSUED A WRITTEN DECISION CONCERNING THE ITEM BELOW. THIS DECISION WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN A PUBLIC MEETING FRIDAY, APRIL 17, 2026, AT 9:30 AM, AT THE CANYON COMMUNITY CENTER, 126 LION BOULEVARD, SPRINGDALE, UTAH A live broadcast of this meeting will be available to the public for viewing and listening only. **Please see the electronic login information below. A. Issuance of Written Decision: 1. Variance: Wendell Burnette requests a variance to allow disturbance of slopes with a grade greater than 30% on lots 8 and 11 in the Watchman subdivision in order to carry out a residential development on these lots.
