- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments (3 minutes each) CONSENT AGENDA: 5. City Council Meeting Minutes from March 12, 2026 6. Warrant Register for March 26, 2026 STAFF INTRODUCTIONS 7. Introduction of New Airport Manager - Megan Trudeau ACTION AGENDA: 8. Consideration of Resolution to Formally Proclaim April as Child Abuse Awareness (CAP) Month 9.
