- Notice of Wasatch County Fire Protection Special Service District Meeting Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 3:30 PM Public Notice is hereby given that the Wasatch County Fire Protection Special Service District will hold a meeting on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 3:30 PM in the Council Chambers in the Wasatch County Administration Building, 25 North Main, Heber City, Utah. Call to Order Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of March 10, 2026 Regular Meeting Minutes 2. Approval of Warrants - Chief Eric Hales Chief's Report 3. 2026 Year to Date: March 2026 - Chief Eric Hales a. Promotional Testing and Hiring Update - Chief Eric Hales Firefighter - Chief Eric Hales Engineer - Chief Eric Hales Captain - Chief Eric Hales Battalion Chief - Chief Eric Hales b. Retirement: Captain Rick Mecham - Chief Eric Hales c. Station 56: Plat Adjustment and Permitting - Chief Eric Hales d. Training Tower: Permitting - Chief Eric Hales e. Capital Projects Sub-committee : Discussion - Chief Eric Hales f. Revenue Forecast Projection: Discussion of Presentation Items - Chief Eric Hales Agenda Items 4. Quarterly Meeting Schedule: May 7, 2026 - Chief Eric Hales Closed Session - as needed Closed sessions may be held in accordance with Utah State Code 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property; Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual. Adjournment The Public Is Invited to Participate in All County Fire Protection Special Service District Meetings.
