- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of April 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember Godfrey - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held March 18th, 2026 2. Business - Amphitheater Use Application - Smithfield 6th Ward - Ordinance 26-02 'An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Title 3 Chapter 1 Section 3: Definitions - Home Occupation and Section 4: Business License Required; Exemption' 3. Departments Mayor Thompson - Pony Express Discussion - Public Comment Councilmember Noble - Fire Department - Parks/Recreation Department Councilmember Goodey - Planning Commission - Youth Council Councilmember Godfrey - Cemetery Department - Water Department Councilmember Petersen - Roads Department - Emergency Management 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next Meeting - April 15, 2026 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to a closed session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
