- Woodland Hills City Council Meeting Agenda April 14, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Work Session and a City Council Meeting on April 14th, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, unless otherwise announced. Work Session 1. Resident Request to Amend City Code 10.11.8: Landscape Features, Fences, Walls, Driveways, and Culverts to allow Sound Barrier Fences along 11200 South 2. Update on the Mailboxes 3.
