- BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 5:30 PM ON APRIL 13, 2026 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Board of Adjustment meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Board of Adjustment meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Board reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Consideration of Nonconforming Structures (3) request to recognize the existence and continuation of three accessory buildings currently on property - Gary Hainsworth - 45 East Parrish Lane and 420 North Main Street Consider the request to recognize the existence and continuation of nonconforming structures for three accessory buildings currently on properties located at approximately 45 East Parrish Lane and 420 North Main Street. 2. Consideration of Nonconforming Structure request to recognize the existence and continuation of an accessory building currently on property - Tate Phillips - 77 West Lund Lane Consider the request to recognize the existence and continuation of a nonconforming structure for an accessory building currently on property located at approximately 77 West Lund Lane.
