I. CALL TO ORDER a. Roll Call of Members II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Regular Meeting March 3rd, 2026 III. NEW BUSINESS/DISCUSSION ITEMS - Discuss Property Reviews and April Focus - Nuisance Ordinance Update IV. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS/COMMENTS a. Nolan Davis b. Les Whitney c. Ian Spaulding d. Tayson Willis e. Russell Smith f. Scott Symond V.
