Discuss/Approve/Deny contract with Johansen & Tuttle for design & engineering estimate for Fossil Rock 'stacking lane' Project 7. District History Book update by Bevan Wilson 8. Board Member Reports and any other business that may come before the Board. 9. Financial Matters Approval of Payments, Financial Reports, and Distribution of Mineral Lease Funds Payment of Bills Presented by Maegan Crosland Acceptance of Financial Report for January 10. Approval of Distribution of Mineral Lease Revenue February 2026 Distribution: Gross Amount: $18,002.00 Less Carbon Shift: $4,315.00 Net Amount Available for Distribution: $13,687.00 After EEMSSD's 5% $684.35, the remaining amount for distribution is $13,002.65, allocated as follows: ECSSD#1 - 47%: $6,111.25 Fire SSD - 16%: $2,080.42 CVSSD - 16%: $2,080.42 Recreation SSD - 16%: $2,080.42 North Emery Water Users - 5%: $650.14 11.
