Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Election of District Chair. 2. Oath of Office, Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form and Ethical Behavior Pledge Form of District Chair C. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Boards on matters that affect the Districts. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes. D. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on January 14, 2026. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since last Board meeting. E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting Q4 financial statements for calendar year 2025. 2. Consider accepting Q1 financial statements for calendar year 2026. 3. Approve and ratify the District's engagement of Clinger Hagerman as financial statement auditor for 2025. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov) 2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business. G.
