- Fountain Green City 375 North State, Box 97 Fountain Green, Utah 84632 (435) 445-3453 March 30, 2026 PUBLIC HEARING From 6:30-7:00 pm on Thursday, April 9, 2026 in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 N. State, the Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold a hearing to review the individual chapter sections for adoption by the City Council and Mayor: Land Use Ordinance: Chapter 3 - Administration & Enforcement 3.2 A - add permitted project start date 3.7 - revise Sign Permit Review The public is encouraged to attend this public hearing. Public comments are encouraged, but may be restricted if the Planning Commission Chairperson deems it necessary to accomplish the Commission's scheduled tasks. Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Fountain Green City Recorder at 445-3453, 24 hours prior to the meeting.
