- Northern Utah Environmental Resource Agency (NUERA) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Administrative Control Board of the Northern Utah Environmental Resource Agency (NUERA) will hold a public hearing on April 27, 2026, for the purpose of hearing comments on a potential fee increase and proposed budget amendment: - Proposed General Fee Increase - Proposed 2025 Budget Amendment The Public Hearing will be held at South Utah Valley Waste District conference room. 518 W 3450 N Spanish Fork, Utah on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. This notice is hereby provided in accordance with the provisions of the 'Fiscal Procedures for Special Interlocal Entities' and Utah Code Section 11-13-531. A copy of the proposed fee schedule is available at NUERA district offices and Bayview Landfill.
