Board Meeting Call to Order 2. Prayer / Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Board Meeting held January 14th, 2026 4. Board Member Input / Follow up on Minutes / Committee Reports 5. RFP Update 6. Financials 7. Closed Session - to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, or to discuss a proposed development agreement, project proposal, or financing proposal related to the development of land owned by the state or a political subdivision 8. Adjournment I certify that a copy of this notice was posted at least 24 hours prior to meeting time and notification given to the Utah Public Notice Website pursuant to UCA 52-4-202.
