- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor John Chartier conducting. (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen input - Limited to three minutes per comment II. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Discuss America250 initiative and consider ideas for Annabella's Independence Day celebration. D. Set dates for releasing irrigation water into the system for the upcoming season III. Department Business A. Parks & Buildings B. Activities C. Cemetery D. Roads E. Water IV. Youth Council Business V. Other Business VI. Adjourn.
