Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meeting of 03/25/26. b. BOARD AUDIT REPORT i. Consideration to approve the Board Audit Report from March 2026 5. PUBLIC HEARING **Public comments will be accepted at: washingtoncity.org/meetings, until 5:00 pm the day before the meeting. After that time only in person comments will be taken.** a. Public Hearing to allow comment regarding Washington City's proposed disposition and sale of real property owned by Washington City. The parcel of real property is 'significant' under applicable Utah Code or Washington City Code. The Property is approximately .17 acres, Lot 4 of the Buena Vista Triangle located approximately 405 E Buena Vista Blvd, Washington, Utah 84780. 6. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT a. Consideration to approve a letter acknowledging the implementation of Washington County Water Conservancy Districts Ultra Water Efficiency Standards. 7. SITE PLAN REVIEW a. Consideration to approve a Landscape Plan for Alaia located on Washington Fields Road. 8. RESOLUTIONS a. Consideration to approve a Resolution distributing the Recreational, Arts, and Parks Tax to Encore Performing Arts. b. Consideration to approve a Resolution distributing the Recreational, Arts, and Parks Tax to Washington City Arts Council. 9. REPORT OF OFFICERS FROM ASSIGNED COMMITTEE 10.CITY MANAGER REPORT 11.CLOSED SESSION a. Purchase, exchange, or lease of property; b. Pending or potential litigation; c. Character or professional competence of an individual. 12. ADJOURNMENT
