Open bids for the Asbestos Mitigation Services request for proposals 2. Discussion and potential Vote to Adopt an Ordinance Regulating Idling of Ground Transportation Vehicles within Town Limits 3. Discussion and potential Vote to Adopt an Ordinance Regulating Engine Brake Devices 4. - Regular Bluff Town Council Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM. Bluff Town Council Work Sessions are held the second Tuesday of each month at 4:00 PM. Requests to be on the agenda may be submitted in writing to Josh Ewing at mayorewing@townofbluffutah.gov by noon the Thursday prior to the meeting date. Agendas, approved minutes, and audio recordings of meetings can be found on the Utah Public Notice Website.
