- KAMAS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026 6:00 P.M. Kamas City Hall 170 N. Welcome and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Introduction of the new City Attorney Brad Christopherson 3. Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding amending the Kamas Municipal Code sections 15.02.010, 15.14.060, 15.15.060, 15.17.060, 15.27, 15.30.020 to define Miniature Golf, allow it as a permitted use in Commercial zones on the Allowed Use Table, add parking regulations for this use, and set development standards for Miniature Golf use 4. Continued: Travis Olsen representing Ballerina Farm requesting site plan approval for the Spring Meadow North development at approximately 1476 W. Spring Meadow Drive 5. Continued: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code 15.30.020 to add Dairy as a permitted use in the allowed use table and designate permitted uses in the Agricultural Tourism zone 6. Continued: Amend Definitions in the Kamas Municipal Code 15.02.010 7. Continued: Amend the Kamas Municipal Code to eliminate all references to Conditional Uses and revise the Permitted Uses within the zoning districts 8. Approval of the February 3, 2026 Meeting Minutes 9. Approval of the March 3, 2026 Meeting Minutes 10. Other Planning & Zoning Business 11. Adjournment
