- Program Changes for CAS Public Hearing Notice: Provo City School District will hold a public hearing to discuss the discontinuation of the CAS program at Provo Peaks Elementary and Sunset View Elementary for 4th grade in the 2026-2027 school year. A new Gifted program will be implemented at Westridge Elementary for 4th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. The public hearing will be held at Provo City School District Professional Development Center at 280 W 940 N Provo, UT 84604 on March 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM.
