- A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the meeting minutes of February 28, 2023, and the minutes of the CDBG second public held on February 28, 2023. 6. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments concerning an amendment to the Zoning Code defining 'Accessory Support Services' and allowing them in multi-family residential zones as a conditional C-1 use. b. Public hearing to receive comments concerning an amendment to the Zoning Code defining a Shipping Fulfillment Company and allowing them in commercial zones as a conditional C-2 use. c. Public hearing to receive comments concerning an amendment to the Zoning Code allowing the use of storage containers/Conex boxes in commercial and manufacturing zones. d. Public hearing to receive comments on a proposed annexation of property owned by State and Institutional Trust Lands Administration located between 500 South and 1000 South and 100 East and 300 East. e. Brady Edwards to discuss fees charged for recreation programs and rental of facilities and consider approving changes presented. f. Consider approving an Airport Ground Lease with Jay Robinson to construct a new hanger north of the SRE building. g. Consider a request from S&K Energy, LLC for an oil and gas lease on City property. h. Consider adopting Resolution 2023-3, accepting the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program report. i. Consider approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Sevier County for the upcoming election. j. Review and discuss proposed plans for a new swimming pool. 7. OTHER BUSINESS 8.
