- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their Regular City Council meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. A. CALL TO ORDER B. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of March 18, 2026, City Council Meeting Minutes 2. Grand Fondo Event - Alcoholic Beverage Single Event Permit D. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. CTC Mayor's Youth Recognition 2. Proclamation - Arbor Day 3. Utah Recreation and Parks Association - Award for Outstanding Special Event of the Year 4. Public Forum 5. Staff and Council Reports E. ACTION ITEMS 1. Ordinance - Amending the Payson City Zoning Map and Changing the Zoning Designation for parcels 30:065:0073, 45:197:0004, and a portion of 30:064:0022 (Sunset Ranch) 2. Resolution - Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Development Agreement for the Sunset Ranch Subdivision with White Horse Land, LLC F. ADJOURNMENT I, Amalie R.
