- Central Wasatch Commission Hybrid Stakeholders Council Meeting Cottonwood Heights City Hall: 2277 Bengal Blvd. Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121 Monday, April 24th, 2023 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council will hold a hybrid meeting at approximately 3:30 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Monday, April 24thth, 2023. This meeting will occur both in-person and virtually via ZOOM. The anchor location Cottonwood Heights City Hall. For those wishing to attend the meeting virtually, the public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link and a call-in number for those whose only option is to call in. https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_5n078x1UQjyiyKt0KbJNqQ Please note: For in-person meeting attendees, masks are no longer required at the Cottonwood Heights City Hall but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them. We will continue to monitor the situation and take any reasonable precautions for the public and staff. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. Please take notice that a quorum of the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council scheduled for Monday, April 24th 2023; beginning at 3:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. 3:30 P.M. Opening 1. William McCarvill will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. 2. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the Stakeholder Council DRAFT Minutes of Monday, February 27th, 2023 (accessible here and attached). 3. Announcements Short-term project briefing, Briefing on SHC membership and timeline. Call for additional ANNOUNCEMENTS from SHC Members. 3:35 P.M. Stakeholders Council Committee Update 1. Millcreek Committee a. Stakeholders Council will review and voice vote on a Millcreek Canyon shuttle recommendation. 3:45 P.M. Mini Stakeholders Council Retreat 1. Thomas McMurtry from Avenues Consultants will be conducting a goal setting workshop. 6:25 P.M. Open Comments 6:30 P.M. Adjourn Meeting 1. William McCarvill will adjourn the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. ______________________________________________________________________ CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: At or before 3:30 p.m. on April 21st, 2023, the undersigned hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was: (1) Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-70; and (2) Provided to the Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent; and (3) Posted at the offices of the Central Wasatch Commission. This meeting is being conducted only electronically without a physical location as authorized (see Letter of Determination of the Chair of the Stakeholders Council of the Central Wasatch Commission following). The audio recording and transcript of the meeting will be posted for public review. Members of the Commission will/may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
