- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING AND AGENDA DATE: Thursday, March 19, 2026 TIME: 7:00 p.m. LOCATION: 4132 North 15675 West | Altamont, Utah 84001 To be placed on the March 19, 2026, agenda, please contact the office at 435.454.3513, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, so that proper notice can be given. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS: A. Call to order. B. Confirm quorum, location of meeting and posting of meeting notices. C. Prayer D. Public Comment. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of Minutes from February 19, 2026, Regular Meeting of the Board (enclosure). FINANCIAL MATTERS: A. Review and consider acceptance of the unaudited February 28th, 2026 Financial Statements (enclosure). SYSTEM ISSUES: A. System Update NEW BUSINESS: A. Report on the RWUA Conference from attendees B. Executive Committee Elections C. Entity Resolution for Office of the State Treasurer OTHER BUSINESS: A. Confirm quorum for April 16, 2026. Board Meeting. ADJOURNMENT: The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Upper Country Water Improvement Districts' office facility.
