- PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION PLANNING COMMISSION - LEGAL NOTICE 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 5:30PM The Planning Commission of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Meetings will also be available online and may have options to listen, watch, or participate virtually. Click here for more information. SITE VISIT 8:30 AM Park City Mountain - The Planning Commission Will Conduct a Site Visit at First Time Lot, 1498 Lowell Avenue, to View the Locations of the Proposed Silverlode and Eagle Lift Upgrades. A Virtual Participation Option Will Be Available. WORK SESSION 5:30 PM Park City Mountain - Conditional Use Permits - The Planning Commission will hold a Work Session to Review Park City Mountain's Proposal to Upgrade the Silverlode and Eagle Lifts in the Recreation and Open Space Zoning District and Sensitive Land Overlay. Silverlode, PL-26-06820; Eagle, PL-26-06821 Land Management Code Amendments - Telecommunications Facilities - The Planning Commission Will Review and Provide Input on Proposed Updates to Land Management Code Section 15-4-14 Telecommunications Facilities. PL-26-06844 REGULAR SESSION Items Listed Below May Include Discussion, Public Hearing and Action 1009 Norfolk Avenue - Conditional Use Permit - The Applicant Seeks to Construct a Basement Addition Within the Existing Foundation and Side Setback of the Significant Historic Site in the Historic Residential -1 Zoning District.
