- NOTICE AND AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Waste Management Service District #5 of Beaver County, Utah will hold a meeting at 6:00 PM at the Milford Landfill, 7300 S 800 E, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, March 19, 2026. 1. CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial Reports b. Approval of Bills & Payroll c. Approval of Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss & Approve Fraud Risk Assessment b. Discuss & Approve Increase to Credit Card Limit c. Discuss and Possible Action Regarding Change to Board Meeting Time d. Discussion Regarding Residential Load Limits and Possible Fees for Large Trailer Loads e. Discuss and Approve Covered Load Charge (State Requirement Effective July 1, 2026) f. Discussion Regarding Future Garbage Hauling Contract Options 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Follow-Up Discussion with Wiley Hughes Regarding Franchise Agreement 5. RESOLUTIONS a. None 6. COMMENTS a.
