- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, March 25, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda March 25, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of March 11, 2026 6. Announcements: Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 8:30AM 7. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Public Hearing: TOWN COUNCIL - PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR MUNICIPAL DISCONNECTION REQUEST SILVER POINTE ESTATES PETITION FOR DISCONNECTION PURSUANT TO UTAH CODE ANN. ยง10- 2-501(2)(a) 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. 1st Qtr. Budget vs. Actual Report b. 2nd Qtr. Budget vs. Actual Report c. Town Volunteer Work Sessions 10. Discussion: a. Washington County I-15 Corridor Zoning (Title 10, Chapter 9). 11. Staff Reports 12. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 13. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 14. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
