BOX 138 - 161 E 300 N HINCKLEY, UTAH 84635 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE MAYOR & COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD A REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026, AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 161 E. 300 N. HINCKLEY, UT THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: ALAN MILLER, RON BLACK, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR, KRISTI TOWNSEND VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Review and consider approving the West Hinckley Unit 1 Subdivision Amended Plat presented by Joyce Barney with reasonable infrastructure improvements. 2. Review and consider adopting a Resolution to amend the Consolidated Fee Schedule. 3. Hinckley Pioneer Day Celebration Planning - Review submitted suggestions and make a decision on Celebration Theme, Grand Marshal, and Speaker of the Day. 4. Review all sealed bids received from herbicide applicators for the 2026 season and consider the acceptance or rejection of any or all bids. IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS 1. Park Pavilion - electricity 2.
