APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT FROM: MARCH 9, 2026 TO MARCH 22, 2026 10:00 A.M. PUBLIC APPOINTMENT 1. PUBLIC COMMENTS Three (3) Minute Time Limit per Speaker for Public Comment Participants. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF 2025 ANNUAL INCREMENT PAYMENT FOR THE RED HILLS RENEWABLES, BERYL SOLAR, BUCKHORN SOLAR, CEDAR VALLEY SOLAR, FIDDLER'S CANYON SOLAR, ENTERPRISE SOLAR, GRANITE MOUNTAIN SOLAR EAST, GRANITE MOUNTAIN SOLAR WEST, IRON SPRINGS SOLAR, SUN EDISON PHASE I, APPALOOSA SOLAR I COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREAS. Presented by David Johnson. RECONVENE AS THE IRON COUNTY COMMISSION 6. REVIEW AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF COST SHARE PERCENTAGE FOR SEWER UPSIZE COSTS BETWEEN IRON COUNTY AND CEDAR CITY. Request for approval of promotion for Anna Teeples, from a Deputy 3 to a Corporal, effective March 15, 2026. C. Request for approval of promotion for Jared O'Mealy, from a Deputy 3 to a Corporal, effective March 15, 2026. D. Request for approval of bilingual pay for Dallin Linginfelter, effective March 15, 2026. 2. SHERIFF'S OFFICE - CORRECTIONS A. Request for approval of new hire, Spencer Gail as a F/T Deputy, backfill of a vacant position, effective March 29, 2026. B. Request for approval of promotion for Matthew Malachowski from a Corporal to a Sergeant, effective March 15, 2026. C. Request for approval of promotion for TBD from a Deputy to a Corporal, effective March 15, 2026. 3. COUNCIL ON AGING A. Request for approval of new hire, Terry Keys as a P/T Meals on Wheels Driver - Cedar City, backfill of a vacant position, effective April 7, 2026. 4. ENGINEER A. Request for approval of new hire, Brian Norton as a F/T Sign Technician, backfill of a vacant position, effective March 30, 2026. 5. I.T. A. Request for approval of new hire, Boston Miles as a F/T Technician, backfill of a vacant position, effective April 13, 2026. 6. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT A. Request for approval to make modifications to position description of Community Wildfire Specialist, effective March 15, 2026. B. Request for approval to adjust pay scale for Cassie Meredith to include additional tasks as outlined in position description modification effective March 15, 2026. NON-DELEGATED ITEMS 1.
