- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA FIREFLY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIREFLY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2026, AT 1:00 PM, AT BLACKWOOD ADVISORS, LLC, 2265 MURRAY HOLLADAY ROAD, SUITE 107, HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117 Join the meeting now Teams Meeting ID: 260 828 693 725 33 Passcode: HS3CA2qL A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider a combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 board meeting held on January 16, 2026. 2. Approve and ratify payment applications and requisition requests made since the last board meeting. D. Public Hearing 1. Take public comment in the amended tentative operating and capital budget for Firefly Public Infrastructure District No.1 adopted on January 16, 2026, which is proposed to be adopted as the amended final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025. E. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-02: a resolution adopting the amended final operating and capital budget for calendar year 2025 for Firefly Public Infrastructure District No. 1. 2. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-03: A resolution authorizing the execution of a Sixth Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business. G.
