Agenda Items: A. PUBLIC HEARING: beginning at or after 7:05 pm i. Change of Zone Request received from Steward Land Company for parcel 03-035-0037 from Agricultural (A) to Residential one-third acre (R-1) and Residential half-acre (R-2). B. Discussion and Determination of a Recommendation for the change of zone request received from Steward Land Company for parcel 03-035-0037 from Agricultural (A) to Residential one-third acre (R-1) and Residential half-acre (R-2).
