- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING March 18, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting March 18, 2026 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of February 18. 2026 City Council Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 2. Discuss/approve/deny: Business license 3. Logan Huntington - Emery High School Graduation Party Donation 4. David Sebring- Introduction running for County Commissioner 5. Public Hearing: Subdivision Ordinance and Codification 6. Discuss/approve/deny: Ordinance 2-2026 Subdivision Ordinance and Codification 7. Discuss/approve/deny: Resolution 5-2026 Amending the Employees Handbook 8. Discuss/approve/deny: Bids for Community Center furnace replacement 9. Mayor's Report 10. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 11. Youth City Council report 12. Council's Reports 13. Zoning Administrator Report 14. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205.
