Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Meeting Minutes: March 4, 2026, work meeting. 4. Checks and Invoices: $ 287,391.34 C. Business: 1. Discussion regarding 20-foot access Easement- Olsen Subdivision. 2. Consideration and possible action to approve Proclamation No. 2026-01, a proclamation declaring April Child Abuse Prevention Month. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve Proclamation No. 2026-02, a proclamation declaring April 24, 2026, Arbor Day. 4. Discussion regarding vacation of a portion of Judy Avenue - Mike Vanesky D.
