- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA WRE CV INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF WRE CV INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2026, AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 6:00pm A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Not applicable C. Public Hearing 1. Take public comment on Resolution 2026-01: A resolution dissolving WRE CV Infrastructure Financing District and set a second public hearing to take public comment on the same. D. Action Items 1. Authorize the Board to set a second public hearing to take public comment on Resolution 2026-01: A resolution dissolving WRE CV Infrastructure Financing District and set a second public hearing to take public comment on the same. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business E.
