- The Town of Mantua Council Agenda March 19th, 2026 Held at Mantua Town Hall Time: 6:30 PM Regular Meeting PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mantua Town Council, Utah will hold its Regular meeting in person at Mantua Town Hall, located at 409 North Main St., Mantua Utah for the purposes and at the times as described below on Thursday, March 19, 2026. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Approve Meeting Minutes - Approve minutes for Town Council Work Meeting held on Feb 19th, 2026 - Approve minutes for Town Council Regular Meeting held on Feb 19th, 2026 - Approve minutes for Town Council Closed Meeting held on Feb 19th, 2026 4. Consideration to pay the bills Public Comments: (Per Utah Code, Council will receive input only, no decision can be made on public comment. It will be up to the discretion of the mayor the amount of time allowed to comment.) PRESENTATIONS & INFORMATIONAL ITEMS 1. SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS & CEREMONIAL ITEMS a. Swearing-In Ceremony: Kevin Nelson to swear in Henry Dovey b. Youth Council: Ceremonial vote by Mayor Ash for the Mantua Youth Council 2. PUBLIC COMMENT Per Utah Code, the Council will receive input only; no decisions can be made on public comments. Time limits are at the discretion of the mayor. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS a. Internet and Online Access Policy & Procedures: Ronald Wallace b. Fire Department Update: Chief Will Hodgins or Department Representative c. Water Infrastructure & Funding: Presentation by Janell Braithwaite, Rural Water Association of Utah (RWAU), regarding water tiers and funding options d. Infrastructure & Maintenance: - Twin D - Emergency Repairs e. Responsible Water Use initiatives f. Land Use & Development: Review of Land Use Chapters 3 and 7; discussion on Impact Fees g. Community Projects: Trails update by Don Wallentine h. Events: Easter Egg Hunt approval and logistics - Cheryl Burgan i. Administration: Staff computer purchase or upgrade evaluation 5. ACTION ITEMS (NEW BUSINESS) a. Business License Application: Andrea & Slade Combs b. Business License Application: Dawson Krager c. Lease Agreement: Authorization to sign the amended lease agreement with Crown Castle 6. DEPARTMENT REPORTS - Planning and Zoning: Pam Eaves or Representative - Public Works: Marcus Abel or Representative 7. ADJOURNMENT
