- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation: Public Comments (Public not listed on the agenda may make comments at this time - limit 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of January 15, 2025 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: (a) Continuation of work hours/lunch policy to support staff wellbeing and morale (b) Office hours - potentially changing closing of office from 5:00pm to 4:30pm. (3) Review and Approval of January 2026 bills (4) Items for Board Discussion and Consideration for Approval. (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: (b) Ongoing Projects: (c) Public Relations: (d) Employee H/R Discussion: (6) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues). (7) Other Items: (a) Next meeting scheduled for March 19, 2026 at 5:30 pm.
