- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Monday, March 09, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Event Center at 60 West 400 South, Conference Room 3, Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Public Works Update - Discussion & Consideration of Acquiring Property for a Road Easement - Discussion & Consideration of the TriCounty Health Department 2025 Annual Report - Discussion & Consideration of a Local Business' Application for the Main Street Matching Grant - Discussion & Consideration of Apportionment of Past Due Taxes on Parcel Undergoing a Lot Split - Discussion & Consideration of the Fleet Analysis - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Fund 41 - Purchases - Payroll - Surplus - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held March 02, 2026 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Human Resource Update - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
